Prof. Mohamed Hussein,Tanta University President , conducted an extensive inspection tour this morning to follow up on the regularity of first-semester examinations at the faculties of the Sibarbai Campus, with the aim of ensuring that all means of comfort and necessary services are provided for students to guarantee that examinations are held in a calm and well-organized environment.

The University President was accompanied during the tour by Prof. El-Sayed El-Agouz, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The tour included the Faculties of Engineering, Agriculture, and Sports Sciences. They were received by Prof. Ahmed Nasr, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering; Prof. El-Essawy Qassem, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture; Prof. Hany Saeed, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences; along with a number of vice deans and faculty members.

During his inspection of examination halls and lecture rooms, Prof. Mohamed Hussein reviewed compliance with the regulations governing the examination process, the availability of complete calm inside the halls, the presence of invigilators and supervisors, as well as the efficiency of lighting and ventilation, and the provision of all necessary facilities to ensure students’ comfort.

The University President stressed that providing an ideal examination environment is a top priority at Tanta University, affirming his commitment to continuous on-site monitoring of examinations to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and transparency, to provide a suitable psychological and physical environment for every student, and to promptly address any obstacles students may encounter.

For his part, Prof. El-Sayed El-Agouz explained that the University emphasizes the presence of course professors inside examination halls to respond to any inquiries related to exam questions and to provide psychological and moral support to students. He also noted that the University has developed an advanced electronic platform that enables senior management to conduct daily and accurate monitoring of all aspects of the examination process, from attendance and absence rates to reports on the progress of examination committees, ensuring that any emergencies are addressed in record time.
