Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University and Chairman of the University's Deans Selection Committee, announced today the preliminary list of faculty members applying for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Commerce 2026.

   The list of applicants - arranged alphabetically - included prof. Ibrahim Masoud Hassan Al-Atroush, Professor in the Department of Economics and Public Finance, Faculty of Commerce, Tanta University, Prof. Dina Hassan Abdel Hadi Al-Saeed, Professor in the Department of Statistics, Sports and Insurance and Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Commerce, Tanta University, and Prof. Tarek Radwan Mohamed Radwan, Professor in the Department of Business Administration and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs at the Faculty of Commerce, Tanta University, Prof. Yasser Ahmed Al-Sayed Mohamed Al-Jarf, Professor in the Accounting Department and Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, Tanta University. 

   The university president explained that the committee will begin receiving appeals on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The final list of candidates will be examined and announced on Thursday, July 30, 2026, while the applicants' files will be examined, personal interviews will be conducted, and the final report will be prepared on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.

   Receiving appeals begins from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon on the dates indicated above.
