Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University and Chairman of the University's Deans Selection Committee, announced today the preliminary list of faculty members applying for the position of Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy 2026.

    The list of applicants - arranged alphabetically - included Prof. Mona Abdel Hamid Mohamed Al-Aasar, Professor of Pharmacology and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University, and Prof. Naglaa Fathi Ibrahim Khader, Professor and Acting Head of the Department of Biochemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Tanta University. 

    The university president explained that the committee will begin receiving appeals on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The final list of candidates will be examined and announced on Thursday, July 30, 2026, while the applicants' files will be examined, personal interviews will be conducted, and the final report will be prepared on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

    Receiving appeals begins from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon on the dates indicated above.
