Prof. Mohamed Hussein inaugurates the water purification plant at the College of Sports Sciences

    Today, Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, inaugurated the new water purification station at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, as part of the university's continuous commitment to developing the facilities and services provided to its members and provide a safe and healthy educational and sports environment. This came in the presence of Professor Dr. Hani Saeed, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, along with the faculty's deputies, and a number of faculty members and faculty employees.


    Following the opening, the university president inspected the station's components and the technologies used in the filtration and sterilization processes, ensuring that the water meets standard quality and health safety specifications, and that the station will provide a healthy supply that serves the complex's various colleges and sports fields.


    The university president added that the opening of the water purification plant today at the College of Sports Sciences comes as a continuation of the university's comprehensive strategy to develop the infrastructure in all colleges, and to care for the public health of our students, faculty members and employees, stressing that the College of Sports Sciences has a special nature that requires the provision of the highest quality standards in facilities and services to support daily physical activities and training, pointing out the university's continuity in providing all aspects of support to improve the efficiency of university facilities in a way that achieves the highest rates of safety and sustainability.


    For his part, Prof. Hani Saeed added that the establishment of this station was done through self-funded efforts and with full support of the university administration, to meet the vital needs of the college and the students of the complex as a whole, stressing the college's commitment to harnessing all capabilities to provide a healthy and safe environment to serve all our students, faculty members and workers, in a way that supports their educational and sports careers.
