Tanta University gained the first rank at the level of Egyptian universities in literacy and adult education according the report issued by the General Authority for Literacy and Adult Education in the first half of the Fiscal Year 2023-2024. Tanta University could education 39534 illiterate persons in 6 months. In addition, the university gained the second rank at the level of Egyptian universities in the round of October 2023 with 19314 successful learners.
