The team of genius students representing Tanta University gained the first rank at the level of Egyptian universities in the information tournament organized as part of the 10th Innovation Festival.

    The Team of university students included Islam Mustafa Al-Neweihy from Faculty of Engineering, Esraa Mohammed Abdel Ghany from Faculty of Medicine, Mohammed Shady Yehya from Faculty of Dentistry, Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Gendy from Faculty of Engineering, Waad Tharwat Abo Zahra from Faculty of Education, and Mohammed Samy Gaballah from Faculty of Dentistry.

   Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, stated that he is pleased that the university team won this award. He congratulated the students who participated in the festival on achieving that rank among Egyptian universities and wished them more success and progress.

   Furthermore, Prof. Mohamed Hussein, University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, offered heartfelt congratulations to winner students. He commended the efforts exerted in various student activities and thanked Dr. Magdy Wakwak, General Coordinator of Student Activities; Mr. Mohammed Al-Kasir, General Manager of the General Administration of Youth Welfare; Mr. Mohammed Abdel Rahman, Supervisor of the Delegation and Activity Specialist; and Mr. Mustafa Mansour, Manager of Cultural Activity Administration.

   It is worth noting that the 10th Innovation Festival is organized by Ministry of Youth and Sports at the level of Egyptian universities in cooperation with Ministry of Higher Education in three fields: the literary, artistic, and scientific and social fields.
