- Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, “A breakthrough in digital transformation at Tanta University enhancing sustainable development”

- 3.5 thousand postgraduate students pass the courses of digital transformation

    Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, affirmed that the university has achieved a great breakthrough in digital transformation enhancing Egypt’s vision of sustainable development. He pointed out that 3.5 thousand postgraduate students gained digital transformation certificates ratified by the Supreme Council of Universities (SCU).

    These words were mentioned as University President was receiving the delegation of SCU Central Unit for Training headed by Prof. Mohammed Hassan, Manager of the Unit, in attendance of Prof. Mohammed Al-Nemr, Manager of the Main Center for Electronic Services at Tanta University, and Prof. Abir Alam Al-Din, Manager of the Main Center for Sustainable Training at Tanta University.

    In addition, University President declared that the Supreme Council of Universities had announced organizing courses for digital transformation that include 5 basic programs and 2 selective ones with a total of 70 training hours. A student is successful if he gets 70% of the total marks of the program. SCU pointed out that the certificate of digital transformation is valid for 5 years and can be renewed by taking the exams again.

    The delegation of SCU Central Unit for Training inspected the Main Center for Sustainable Training at the University to ratify it so that the center can implement training and can hold exams of digital transformation.
