Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, announced that the university gained the third rank at the level of Arab universities in the field of training student in 2021. The university participated in the 27th forum for exchanging programs of training students of Arab universities. The forum was hosted by Misr University for Science and Technology from current March 13th to 17th.
Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, declared that, after training 12 students, the university could gain the third rank at the Arab level with participation of 36 universities.
Furthermore, Prof. Mohamed Hussein added that the university is keen on supporting Arab students and achieving the goals of the exchange program among Arab universities organized by the Arab Council for Students’ Training and Innovation (ACSTI) of the Association of Arab Universities (AARU).
It is worth noting that the honoring was attended by Prof. Amr Salama, former Minister of Higher Education and AARU Secretary-General; Prof. Ashraf Heidar, President of Misr University for Science and Technology; Prof. Fawwaz Al-Zaghlol, ACSTI Manager; and a group of presidents and vice presidents of participant universities.
