In a press release, Tanta University announced today that it came as one of the top 6 universities participating in the 1st apical forum of Egyptian universities organized by Benha University under the title “Parliament Simulation Model” under patronage of Prof. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with participation of 25 governmental universities.

   Prof. Mahmoud Zaki declared that participation of university students in the 1st apical forum copes with Tanta University’s strategy that is based on Egypt’s vision 2030; this vision aims to empower youth and to benefit from their innovative abilities in achievement of sustainable development. University President congratulated the participant students and wished them success.

   Moreover, Prof. Mohamed Hussein, University Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, affirmed that the university is keen on qualifying students and disseminating awareness about parliamentary work.

   In addition, Dr. Mady Wakwak, General Coordinator of Student Activities, commended the support offered by Tanta University for student activities and the efforts exerted by students who made the simulation model.
