Prof. Mahmoud Zaki, Tanta University President, declared that a comprehensive strategy was drawn up to enhance the national project of literacy and adult education in the context of the university’s strategy aiming to disseminate knowledge, the social role of the university in community service, and supporting Egypt’s vision 2030. University President declared that students have great power that we must benefit from for the good of community and for establishing the New Republic.

   Moreover, Prof. Mahmoud Salim, University Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, announced that means of transport were provided for university students to go to the headquarters where literacy exam is held in cooperation with the General Authority of Literacy and Adult Education. It is worth noting that a literacy exam is held at each convoy organized by the university in villages and districts of Gharbia governorate.
