In Line with Promoting Social Responsibility and National Awareness Among Students: Tanta University President Participates in the "I Am Also Responsible" Seminars Organized by the National Training Academy

Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, participated today in the “I Am Also Responsible” seminar series organized by the National Training Academy, hosted at the Faculty of Sport Sciences. The event reflects the university’s commitment to instilling the values of social responsibility and national awareness among its students.


The seminar was held in the presence of Prof. Hany Saeed, Dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences; the college’s vice deans; Prof. Magdy Wakouk, General Coordinator of Student Activities at the university; several faculty members; and Mohamed El-Kosair, Director General of the University’s General Administration for Student Welfare.


Prof. Hussein expressed his delight in engaging with students during this training program, emphasizing that the seminars aim to enhance students’ sense of belonging and responsibility, and to raise their awareness of the vital role they play in building a progressive society and advancing the nation. He affirmed that youth are the backbone of the future, and that educating a conscious and responsible generation is fundamental to achieving sustainable development. He also extended his gratitude to the National Training Academy for its exceptional efforts in establishing systems that promote national consciousness.


The University President added that the seminars witnessed high levels of engagement from students, who demonstrated enthusiasm and a strong willingness to participate in initiatives and activities geared toward serving the community. The program included open discussions, which allowed students to exchange ideas and visions on how to activate the role of youth across various sectors. Prof. Hussein stressed the university's dedication to ensuring student participation in such events, aiming to graduate well-rounded individuals who are not only academically distinguished but also socially responsible and aware of their vital role in building a better future for Egypt.
