President of Tanta University Inspects Preparations at Student Dormitories Ahead of the 2025/2026 Academic Year

Prof. Mohamed Hussein, President of Tanta University, conducted a comprehensive inspection tour of the University’s student dormitories to review preparations for welcoming both returning and new students for the 2025/2026 academic year. He was accompanied by Prof. Ramadan Moan, General Supervisor of Student Dormitories, and Mr. Mendi Kira, Director General of Student Dormitories. The tour aimed to ensure the readiness of residential facilities, including dorm rooms and service amenities, to provide students with a safe and supportive living environment.


Following the tour, Prof. Hussein emphasized that the University is committed to offering the best possible living conditions for students in its dormitories, as part of its efforts to enhance their academic performance. He noted that the dormitories are undergoing comprehensive and continuous upgrades, including renovations of residential rooms, activity halls, the central kitchen, and dining facilities.


Prof. Hussein further explained that construction is progressing rapidly on new buildings designed to expand the housing capacity in order to meet growing demand. He added that a schedule of cultural, recreational, and awareness programs has been developed for resident students, with the goal of fostering well-rounded personalities and preparing graduates who can make meaningful contributions to society.


The University President reaffirmed that the administration is working diligently to create an environment that combines academic excellence with personal development, enabling students to gain the maximum benefit from their university experience.
