Prof. Mohamed Hussein Attends Entrepreneurship Training Activities at the Career Development Center, Faculty of Science

Prof. Hussein: Developing Career Pathways for Entrepreneurs is a Key Step Toward Establishing Startups


Prof. Mohamed Hussein, Tanta University President, today took part in the “Entrepreneurship” event organized by the Career Development Center at the Faculty of Science. The event was attended by Prof. Abeer Alam El-Din, Dean of the Faculty of Science; Prof. Amgad Salama, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Zeinab Sami, Coordinator of the “Decent Life” Initiative in Gharbia; and Prof. Mohamed Samir, Director of the University Career Development Center at the Faculty of Science.


Prof. Hussein emphasized that the event seeks to shed light on the importance of entrepreneurship as a promising career path and to encourage students to transform their innovative ideas into startups that serve the community and support the national economy. He added that the University’s core mission is to nurture a generation of leaders and innovators who will actively contribute to advancing sustainable development, stressing that entrepreneurship is the optimal route to achieve this goal. He further affirmed that Tanta University will always remain a hub of innovation and a steadfast supporter of every student aspiring to leave a meaningful mark on society.


The University President added that the event witnessed remarkable participation from student teams who had competed in various entrepreneurship contests. The students were given the opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas with entrepreneurs and investors, thereby increasing their chances of turning projects into tangible realities.
