He noted that this event represents a continuation of unprecedented steps led by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Supreme Council of Universities, praising the direction toward establishing a unified regulation for psychological, social support, and family counseling centers in Egyptian universities.

He added that this major psychological support and family counseling event reflects the university’s vision that true education balances intellectual development with psychological well-being, emphasizing that psychological stability enables female students to achieve creativity and excellence.

The President further affirmed the university’s keenness to formulate the themes of the event based on real-life cases addressing actual needs, including: enhancing students’ personal charisma, developing mechanisms to confront societal challenges, setting accurate standards for choosing a life partner amid contemporary changes, and seeking a balance between professional ambition and the responsibilities of motherhood and family building. He added that the pressures facing university female students necessitate providing a safe environment that allows them to speak freely and obtain scientific and practical guidance to overcome obstacles and build psychological resilience.

In concluding his speech, the President expressed his sincere appreciation to the distinguished guests whose knowledge and experience enriched the event, and thanked the organizers — Professor El-Sayed El-Agouz, the faculty deans, Professor Amr Abdel-Moneim, General Supervisor of the Medical Administration, and Dr. Mohamed El-Qosair, Director General of Student Welfare — for their dedicated efforts in presenting the event in a manner befitting Tanta University. He added that Egyptian women have proven, through honorable models, their exceptional ability to achieve the difficult balance between professional success and active participation in development, alongside their fundamental role in building families and instilling values in future generations.

In a related context, Professor Amr Abdel-Moneim emphasized the pivotal role of women as essential partners in societal advancement, explaining that the ultimate objective of organizing this major event is to deeply understand women’s psychology and to prepare female students by developing their psychological and leadership capabilities, qualifying them as cadres capable of building the future and efficiently managing its institutions. He concluded by thanking the distinguished guests, noting that their participation constituted a cornerstone in enriching the event and achieving its intended goals of providing psychological support and family counseling for Delta Region students.

The event featured a highly interactive atmosphere, as Professor Amr Abdel-Moneim moderated an open dialogue between the students and the panel. Specialists and experts answered all questions raised by the female students, covering various topics including psychological support, family challenges, and preparation for future leadership, thereby giving the outcomes of the event a practical and realistic character.
