Shanghai Ranking (GRAS)

Shanghai Ranking, also known as the Global Ranking of Academic Subjects (GRAS), is one of the most prominent international university rankings. It assesses universities across 54 subjects within the fields of natural sciences, engineering, life sciences, medical sciences, and social sciences, based on five main indicators. These indicators are research publications in Q1 journals, Category Normalized Citation Impact (CNCI) for each subject area, the percentage of publications resulting from international collaboration in the various areas of the ranking, the number of papers published in top journals and presented at leading international conferences, and number of academic staff who have received prestigious international awards in the relevant field.
